Do I have to create an account to place an order?

To place an order, you’ll need to create a free account. This gives you access to all our services, exclusive offers, and lets you manage your orders.
I have forgotten my password, how can I find out what is it?

If you’ve forgotten your password, simply click on the “Forgot Password” link on the login page and enter your email address. We’ll send you a password reset link shortly. Please check your email, including your spam folder, for the link.
How can I get a sample?
Not sure which option is right for you? Order a FREE SAMPLE and see the difference firsthand. It’s a no-brainer!
To get a FREE SAMPLE simply click on “GET YOUR FREE SAMPLE HERE”, create your account first and place your free order. It’s on us, you just need to relax and wait for your parcel 🙂
When will I get my order?
The estimated delivery date is the one you selected during the purchase process and is already visible in the order confirmation email. If you have not completed the order with payment and/or correct files within the indicated timeframe, you will have received notifications with the updated date. Please do not forget to check the emails you have received.
